Participation in the 16th ESEA Conference 2025, University of Innsbruck

I actively participated in the PhD Workshop and attended lectures on academic writing and publishing by Prof. Michael Barth, Prof. Elsa Kristiansen, Prof. Pamela Wicker, Prof. Rob Simmons, Prof. Dennis Coates, and Dr. Alexander Farnell.

At the conference itself, I presented the paper “Is Wage Dispersion Just a Proxy for Ability Dispersion?”

Participation in the 17th ESEA Conference 2026, University of Zurich

I actively participated in the PhD Workshop, including a three-day Paper Development Workshop on effective article-writing strategies and research design under the guidance of Prof. Helmut Dietl, Prof. Raphael Flepp, and Prof. Alex Krumer.

I also attended lectures on academic writing and publishing, as well as on contemporary directions in sports economics, delivered by Prof. Alex Krumer, Prof. Ulrik Brandes (ETH Zurich), Prof. Carl Singleton, Prof. Robert Butler, Prof. Dennis Coates, and Prof. Brian Soebbing.

At the conference itself, I presented the paper “Gender Differences in Performance Under Pressure.”
