1. League Statistics

   I oversee the collection, validation, and maintenance of league-wide statistics for the Football National League. I prepare statistical materials and keep the league’s data consistent for analysis and decision-making.

2. FNL Educational Guides for Professional Football Clubs

   I co-authored the league’s educational guide for clubs, the Stadium Handbook. Designed for executives and infrastructure managers at second-tier clubs, the handbook explains what to consider when building or renovating a stadium and how to turn it into a commercially successful venue. I drew on comparable FIFA guidance while adapting its recommendations to the realities of a country with a less developed football industry.

   I also edited the league’s educational guide for clubs, the Club Handbook, and was responsible for the chapter on effectively integrating modern technologies into club management.

   Both documents are currently being prepared for publication.

3. TransferHub

   The FNL is launching TransferHub, a first-of-its-kind platform in Russian football that helps club sporting departments identify potential signings; all FNL clubs and three Russian Premier League clubs have already joined the service. I am responsible for developing and populating the application’s statistical section. This includes ensuring that player information supports scouting decisions and developing interpretable and effective predictive models to assess how well a player fits a team.

4. FootConf 2026

   FootConf 2026 is a conference for sporting directors, scouts, analysts, and club executives from Russia and the CIS. It focuses on transfer strategies, scouting, football analytics, AI in sport, and collaboration between club departments during player transactions. I am responsible for securing the participation of guests and speakers and coordinating the conference’s internal operations.

5. MEDCONF 2026

   MEDCONF 2026 is an interdisciplinary academic and professional conference for medical practitioners working in sport. I am responsible for securing the participation of guests and speakers and coordinating internal operations throughout the conference.
